The school said it would be a three-year degree, but it also said it will teach students about “the biological sciences, genetic sciences, and biochemistry.”
It also said that the program will help prepare students for jobs in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
The students will be required to take courses in “the fundamental sciences, including genetics, cell biology, molecular biology, cell and molecular biology.”
The university also announced that students will receive $30,000 in scholarships to help cover the cost of their tuition.
