But, in the eyes of many, it is a scientific term that is used to describe a number of things.
It is often used to refer to the body’s response to a stimulus.
In other words, if you are going to have a meeting at your home and your neighbors ask you to sit down, you are using a definition of “fitness” that means you are getting your exercise done.
But the definition is used in a different way than a scientific definition.

Fitness refers to the ability of living things to adapt and thrive in different environments.
For example, a person who is a vegetarian can be considered a fitness person.

So if someone has diabetes, and they get their blood pressure checked regularly, it can be said that they are healthy.
What does the word fitness mean?
FITNESS is a combination of the words fitness, physical and health.
Fitness is a way to describe the fitness of living bodies.
So for example, if someone had diabetes, they might be considered overweight.
But it is not a scientific way to say that a person with diabetes has been given a fitness score, because that is not the way that the word “fit” is used.

What is the definition of a physical health?

A person who doesn’t get enough physical exercise, or who is overweight or obese, could have an unhealthy score of only 18 or below.
How can we find out if someone is fit or unhealthy?
The word “health” can be applied to a lot of different things, and it is often applied to health in the context of health care.
So when you call someone a “healthful person,” you are talking about a person whose health is healthy, and the term “healthy” can also be used in the sense of a person having a healthy body.
What about weight?

If someone has a waist circumference of 28 inches, they are overweight.
A BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese, which is the most extreme example.
What’s the difference between “fit and unhealthy” and a person being healthy?
Both fitness and health are scientific terms.
A health person is healthy because their body is healthy.
They have the right genetics and diet.
They are also physically fit, so they can run or walk or cycle, or have a good body image.
And they don’t smoke, drink alcohol, have chronic diseases, or do other unhealthy things.
A fitness person is unhealthy because their physical condition is unhealthy, and that’s why they don the right diet or exercise.
What do we do when we are looking at a health status or fitness score from the doctor?
The doctor is using the words physical health and physical fitness in order to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about what your physical health or fitness level should be.
They will tell you how many steps you have taken, how much weight you have, how many calories you burn per day, and so on.
